The registration for the conference “Ukrainian-Jewish Literary Contacts” is now open

On September 25–26, 2019, the international conference “Where the Jews Will Be – That Is the Land of Israel.” Ukrainian-Jewish Literary Contacts in the Second Half of the 19th and First Half of the 20th Centuries” will take place in Odessa. The event is organized by the Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies.

The researchers from Canada, the United States, Germany, Israel, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine will participate in this event.

Venue: 14 Vitse-Admirala Zhukova Lane, Wall Street Business Center, conference hall.

Academicians, students, and journalists may visit the event by registration and upon receipt of approval from the organizers. Seats are limited. Those who wish to visit the conference should register here.

The working languages are Ukrainian and English, however, some discussion will be possible in Russian, Belarusian, Polish, and Yiddish as well.

The conference is supported by the Nadav Foundation, the Association of Jewish Organizations and Communities (Vaad) of Ukraine, and the WJC International Yiddish Center.
